We are looking for the newest member of our team to work in the front office.
The front office is where phones are answered, orders are written and the daily flow of the warehouse is planned. We communicate with our distributors, wholesalers and brokers by phone, e-mail and even fax! Several clerical duties are associated with this position, including maintaining inventory information for the FAIRE online sales platform. The front office also coordinates and runs trade shows and demonstrations (when conditions permit). This job requires polite customer service skills, precise English communication skills, attention to detail and good organizational skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox and Outlook an asset.

Salaries: Salaries vary depending on experience and whether you choose to participate in the health insurance plan. The starting hourly wage range is $17.50 to $19.00.
