The Texas Restaurant Show schedule is stacked. The opportunities begin Saturday July 9 with pre-conference training. On Sunday July 10 of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Texas Restaurant Show exhibit opens, offering attendees the opportunity to attend a variety of educational programs on the Coca-Cola Main Stage, A Closer Look Tech & Innovation Stage, and the Texas Beef Cooking Demonstration Stage Council. Cutting-edge trends in food, techniques, technology, beverages, and more. will be showcased alongside the latest products and services designed to increase restaurant efficiency. The second day of the Texas Restaurant Show is Monday July 11offering another full day of exhibitors, education and networking opportunities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The evening of July 10attendees can also enjoy the Texas Restaurant Foundation’s Annual Lone Star Bash with the Texas Restaurant Awards at legendary Gilley’s dallas. This year, the Lone Star Bash will highlight signature dishes and cocktails from more than 30 acclaimed chefs and 15 cutting-edge mixologists, each competing for the People’s Choice title for Best Main Course and Best Craft Cocktail. The competition will be followed by a live performance from the Red Dirt rocker Stoney La Rue, with all proceeds going to the important work of the Texas Restaurant Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
