Q1 signings show strength of Capriotti and Wing Zone brands

Despite the unforeseen challenges the pandemic has brought to the restaurant industry, Capriotti Sandwich Shop (from Capriotti) and wing area have ramped up development efforts since the start of 2020, splitting the brands into 15 new states over the past two years. In fact, Capriotti’s now operates in 30 states and counting. The start of 2022 echoed that success – with 42 new store signings in the first three months of this year alone.
