With recent improvements to ordering processes and the addition of new menu options, the fast-growing franchise continues to put its customers first. When customers arrive at PITA, they are greeted by the aroma of freshly prepared meals from the restaurant’s open kitchen displaying rotating vertical rotisseries full of gyros and flaming skewers on the grill. All orders are cooked to order in front of guests as they watch pitas warm up, olive oil is drizzled, hummus is scooped up and sizzling rotisserie meats are sliced.
