Fans of Grand Lansing chicken wings will have another option to satisfy their cravings in a few months at Wing Snob.

Wing Snob, a fast-casual chicken wing restaurant adding 25 new franchise locations in Michigan, plans to open one at 3415 E. Saginaw St.

“We had our eye on the East Lansing market for some time, when space became available in the Frandor area, we knew it was the best location for our brand,” said the co- Wing Snob founder Jack Mashini in an emailed statement.

The Saginaw Street location will be 1,760 square feet and will employ 20 people. Construction is expected to begin March 1 with an estimated opening date of June 1.
