Huddle House accelerates its expansion; opens a restaurant in Newberry

NEWBERRY – Huddle House, an all-day breakfast restaurant and neighborhood gathering spot, continues to grow nationally. This month, the brand opened its 21st South Carolina-based location in Newberry. The company-owned restaurant is located at 1264 Wilson Road and opened to the community on Thursday, June 9.

“At Huddle House, we always strive for excellence in all aspects of our brand, from our menu to our service to our designs,” said COO Chris Watkins. “During the opening of our new company-owned site, our team worked diligently to bring Huddle House to Newberry and share this excellence with the community. As we move forward in what has already been a year of record growth, we look forward to continuing to grow corporate and franchise-owned locations across the country. »

Offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, Huddle House offers many hearty, home-style choices for guests of all ages. From cookie sandwiches to big burgers and homemade fondues, to homemade combos, Huddle House seeks to satisfy every craving. To ensure customers can enjoy their home-cooked meals the way they want, Huddle House offers both on-site and on-the-go dining by ordering online and through the Huddle House app.

“As Huddle House continues to expand nationwide, we are proud to open three company-owned locations this month alone,” said Peter Ortiz, Director of Development. “This growth is a testament to our team’s hard work and commitment to adapting to industry changes while preserving our rich brand heritage. Over the past few years, Huddle House has become the perfect intersection of heritage and innovation, and I look forward to seeing Newberry take advantage of our new location.

Currently, Huddle House has over 300 locations open or under development. Thanks to record franchise growth, the addition of virtual concepts and advances in technology, Ascent Hospitality Management, the brands’ parent company, revealed a monumental end to its fiscal year. Collectively, the most notable developments include the addition of 32 new franchise agreements, along with seven existing franchisees building on their current portfolios and driving the expansion of Huddle House and Perkins into nine states.
